Citizens Legal Advice Family Law Service (WA)

We are a voluntary community legal advice service providing assistance in the areas of Family & De Facto Law, Parenting & Child Custody, Divorce and Property Separation, at various locations throughout Perth.

 

We have a number of Volunteer Lawyers who have generously agreed to provide their time for  brief legal advice sessions of 20 minutes,  to members of the public, at various branches throughout the Perth.

 

We charge a nominal fee for this service, (usually $20 to cover the fee of booking the venue and administrative expenses).

 

We will try to accommodate you with an appointment at a location closest to you, however, this cannot always be guaranteed.

 

Appointments fill up several weeks in advance, and the availability of volunteer lawyers is limited. Consequently appointments may need to be changed at short notice, and we do ask that you attend your appointment on time - and notify us if you cannot attend.
